Interior Designer
We are looking for an Interior Designer who brings both design talent and a positive, collaborative mindset. At Pinnacle, interior design is an integral part of the design process. Our interior designers are involved early in project planning, helping shape the character, experience, and identity of community-focused projects throughout Oregon.
Our work includes affordable housing, community health, senior living, and public service projects, all guided by our mission to enhance lives and communities. You’ll work closely with architects and project teams to explore design solutions, select finishes, develop interior details, and produce coordinated project documentation.
This role is a great fit for someone who communicates thoughtfully, pays attention to detail, and enjoys learning and growing. Successful team members are curious, dependable, and enjoy solving problems alongside colleagues, clients, and consultants.
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute across a variety of project types and phases. Your work may include developing interior concepts, researching finish options, coordinating details, meeting with product representatives, and participating in project meetings. - Proficient in Revit (a must!).
- Interior Design degree from an accredited college or university.
- Interior design certification preferred but not required.
- Five or more years of interior design experience, preferably within an architecture or multidisciplinary design firm, or an equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education.
- Experience in at least one of the following market sectors is preferred: affordable housing, behavioral health, healthcare, civic, or senior living.
Work Location and Flexibility
This position is based in our Bend office and includes occasional travel throughout Oregon to support projects and clients. Flexible schedules and work-life integration are an important part of our culture.

This position has an annual salary range of $65,000–$93,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
