An Emerald in Tri-Cities

Pasco, part of the three cities that make up the Tri-Cities region of Washington state, is a growing metropolitan with nearly 60,000 people. To support the development of the area, Pinnacle worked with John L. Scott to plan a speculative office building. The three-story office is designed with multiple suites to house a variety of businesses (including John L. Scott) and can accommodate retail on the first floor to add to the economic vitality of the area. The design aesthetic is bold and modern. The materials chosen provide a sophisticated yet welcoming environment for the workforce inside. To assist with leasing of the spaces, Pinnacle produced a 3-D animation to help visualize the future project.
