SUMNER COLLEGE

Pinnacle transformed a former office building, once home to Pinnacle’s own team, into the new Bend campus for Sumner College, a private nursing school expanding to meet Central Oregon’s growing healthcare workforce needs.

The renovation reimagined the existing space into a modern educational environment, including dedicated training rooms to support lecture-style learning and hands-on skills development, aligning with the college’s nursing curriculum.  The project also refreshed lobbies, offices, restrooms and the breakroom, creating a welcoming and functional setting for students, faculty and staff.

With nearly 8,000 square feet of updated space designed to support a hybrid, year-round nursing program, the new campus helps expand access to nursing education in Bend and supports the region’s long-term need for skilled healthcare professionals.
