To support quality affordable housing, Pinnacle assisted our client in a total rehab of two aging apartment complexes in Veneta and Molalla, OR. Our team updated the interiors and exteriors with energy efficiency solutions and aesthetic upgrades based on a Capital Needs Assessment. From new siding, windows, and doors to modernized cabinetry and energy-efficient appliances, residents at both communities are thrilled at the transformation. Fresh siding in a natural color palette compliments the new native landscaping. The creation of ADA compliant units and accessible routes and parking now meet all residents’ needs, no matter their ability.
