PATRICK CASEY BUILDING

A Craftsman Office that Feels Like Home

Patrick Casey is highly regarded for its personal approach to accounting. The firm desired an office building that would accommodate their growing firm and offer a space to nurture their long-term client relationships.

“Many of our clients are life-long friends. In this area, everyone knows each other, so we wanted an office space that would enable us to interact with new and old friends, as both guests and clients,” says Ryan Patrick, one of the firm’s founding partners.

Their brand new, two-story craftsman style, wood-framed office building was quickly recognized as an attractive addition and a natural fit to neighboring businesses and residences of the Bradbury Way area in Bend. For clients completing individual tax returns, planning for a business start-up, or supplying information for a fiscal year-end audit, the building features a wraparound porch — a perfect place for clients to relax outdoors before and in-between finance review meetings. The new office has windows in every room to capture the natural light and embrace the scenic views of their beloved community. Far from the stodgy spaces of traditional accounting offices, Patrick Casey’s interior design maintains a comfortable environment. Clients feel more like they are visiting the home of friends who incidentally happen to be accountants.
