The new Klamath Tribal Health Satellite Clinic expands access to medical, behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy services for the Klamath, Modoc, and Yahooskin peoples in a facility designed to support both healing and cultural connection. Created through the renovation of an existing building, the clinic provides ample room for future growth while bringing a broad range of healthcare services together in one accessible location. 

Working closely with each department, the Pinnacle team developed spaces that support efficient care delivery, patient comfort, and long-term operational flexibility. Designed during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the facility includes a dedicated isolation room with secure exterior access to support infection control and community resilience. 

Tribal identity is woven throughout the experience of the building. Cultural displays, including a historic Tribal treaty prominently featured at the entrance, connect visitors to the Tribe's history and legacy. Inspired by the region's natural landscapes, a vibrant palette of blues, greens, yellows, and oranges aids wayfinding while reinforcing a sense of place. Together, these elements create a welcoming environment that celebrates culture, supports wellness, and reflects the Tribe's investment in its future.
