Driven by Jefferson County’s steady population growth and the strategic consolidation of Fire District #1 and Emergency Medical Services into a single facility, Pinnacle partnered with the County to reimagine and expand this critical public safety hub.

Originally constructed in 1989, the existing station has served the community for more than three decades with minimal updates. Today, evolving service demands, aging infrastructure, and modern code requirements present both challenges and opportunities. Pinnacle’s design responds with a forward-looking approach that prioritizes resilience, operational efficiency, and long-term adaptability—while honoring the essential role the station plays in the community.
