Hope Village is a 56-acre retirement community that provides life-enriching residential and health services. Geared to a variety of income levels and lifestyles, the community includes cottages, garden homes, duplexes, apartments, and assisted living. Pinnacle has partnered Hope Village since 1998, growing their community as the market and residents’ needs change.

Cascade House, market-rate apartments, and The Meadows, affordable housing, both including spacious floorplans with warm, welcoming interiors. Upgraded materials and appliances set The Meadows apart. To support the number of residents, a community center was built with a commercial kitchen for group dining, woodworking shop, quilting room, game room, exercise room, and craft and training room.

Twenty years later, Pinnacle reconnected with Hope Village to plan out their next generational needs with a 14-acre campus plan including a mix of cottages, rowhouses, and apartments. Our work continued with Hope Village, through visioning and campus planning, to assist them in identifying housing needs and support spaces and site amenities to improve quality of life for the residents. We are currently doing a community center renovation and addition, site updates including parking, sidewalks, landscaping, and amenities, and new covered entries at their apartments to foster social interactions, health, and security. Along the way Pinnacle has engaged the local residents to get feedback on the designs.
