Desert Horizon Permanent Supportive Housing

To address the increasing homelessness in Lakeview, a coalition of community partners has secured funding for a new permanent supportive housing community. This project features 17 units, offering comprehensive onsite support services, including medical and behavioral health care, as well as financial education. The facility comprises 12 single-room occupancy units and five one-bedroom units, complemented by a community area and laundry facilities. Designed with both comfort and durability in mind, the use of warm colors throughout the exterior and interior aims to create a welcoming environment, helping former houseless individuals transition into stable housing.
