Deschutes Rim Health Clinic

Nestled in the high desert along the wild and scenic Lower Deschutes River, Maupin is home to about 500 people and serves as the perfect getaway for outdoor recreation. Maupin’s existing health clinic consisted of a small, prefabricated building that was intended to be a temporary solution but was maintained as the only regional clinic for a decade years. Recognizing a need for a larger clinic, the Deschutes Rim Health Clinic Foundation worked with Pinnacle Architecture to bring a new clinic to Maupin with state-of-the-art equipment and an expanded service offering.

The new clinic boasts stunning views of the Deschutes River and surrounding landscape while enabling the providers to broaden their service offerings with added exam and procedure rooms and modern medical and dental labs. The exposed timber featured on the entry vestibule compliments the local landscape and architectural design of the surrounding neighborhood.
