CASTLE ROCK APARTMENTS

Platinum Energy Star Rated Units

Nestled along the flowing banks of the Columbia River in northeastern Oregon, the City of Boardman is a thriving agricultural community that offers an exciting array of activities for visitors and residents alike. From hunting to fishing to camping, Boardman provides the best of west coast adventure. With so much to offer for recreational activities, the area desperately needed new housing for its farm workers and their families, many who would spend an hour or more commuting to and from work in order to contribute to the local economy.

In collaboration with the local housing authority, Pinnacle specifically designed Castle Rock Apartments for the working community. The modern apartments feature a mix of one to four-bedroom units available for small and large families. Twenty of the units are exclusively reserved for farm workers and their families, while the remaining units house transitioning workers or other low-income households. Each unit is adorned with family-friendly fixtures, finishes, and materials.

“It is a beautifully designed property that is revitalizing Boardman.” — Stan Stradley, Executive Director, Umatilla County Housing Authority

Amenities at the Castle Rock Apartments are designed to accommodate easy family living. The apartments are located within walking distance to schools, stand adjacent to the medical clinic, and lie merely blocks away from the shopping center. The Community Building houses a management office with regular access to the resident manager, a meeting space for classes, social events, a laundry room, and a storage room for maintenance equipment. The apartment complex also provides a safe tot lot and a playground, a basketball half-court, picnic and BBQ areas, and plenty of open space for the children to run and play. Former commuting workers can now enjoy everything that living in the vibrant Boardman community has to offer, at their doorstep.
