BRIDGES ON BROADWAY PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING
A place for New Beginnings
The Oregon Legislature allocated a total of $65 million for Project Turnkey to acquire motels/hotels for use as a non-congregate shelter for people experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness. An essential tool to alleviate homelessness and help some of our community’s most vulnerable. Homes for Good was awarded funds for a project turnkey in Eugene. Pinnacle was selected to re-imagine a former Red Lion Inn into a permanent supportive housing project with 39 studio apartments.
The design team’s trauma-informed approach puts safety and comfort at the forefront. Bridges on Broadway is getting a new welcoming entrance, murals to connect to the neighborhood, and space for service providers will make this a place for new beginnings.
