Smart, determined, and inclusive describes Melanie to a T. Hailing from Philly she has quickly become a strong Project Architect. While working full-time in 2017, Melanie participated in a 10-day competition and won the coveted John Stewardson Memorial Fellowship in Architecture. With the winning $10,000 traveling scholarship she analyzed the built and the unbuilt environment in the American West (where she fell in love with Bend!), Thailand, and Japan. Shortly after, she relocated to Bend and brought her creativity and enthusiasm to Pinnacle’s project team. She’s jumped right in on multiple projects and is a pure pleasure to work with at the office.
When not creating architectural designs to enhance lives, she’s exploring nature with her architect husband and pup, Hailey.
