Mallory Fair Headshot

Mallory Fair, NCIDQ, LEED Green Associate
Interior Designer

Mallory’s artsy and solution-driven approach to interior design is an ideal fit for Pinnacle’s project teams. Originally from Post Falls, Idaho, Mallory is no stranger to hard work and community engagement. She grew up raising animals for her family’s side business and working in their food trailer at local events. Mallory’s solid work ethic continued in college, where she earned not only a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design but also minors in Construction Management and Business Administration. Her diverse skill set manifests in creative designs that are grounded in buildability and operational efficiencies. Mallory spent time designing in Seattle and Yakima before joining Pinnacle. She’s worked on a wide variety of building types including commercial, retail, healthcare, senior living, and even the food catering trailer for family’s business. Check out the design and finished product here.

When not laying out floor plans and picking materials for projects at Pinnacle, she’s exploring Bend – entertaining friends, floating the river and trying out new restaurants. A big Coug football fan, Mallory continues making the trek to WSU in Pullman, Washington for games!
