As the Director of Employee Relations at our Bend office, Lola is dedicated to boosting employee morale while fitting in as many naps as possible. As the newest member of our team, she’s still familiarizing herself with the staff and our procedures. Lola starts each day by greeting everyone with a friendly sniff and sometimes a cozy snuggle, ensuring a stress-free start. After a busy morning of welcoming staff and exploring the office, she enjoys a relaxing afternoon nap in the sun or under her desk. Lola loves mid-morning walks to the nearby coffee shop with her colleagues and receiving treats from visitors throughout the day.
